Baaghi 2 to be shot in Shanghai

With the second film of Tiger Shroff, Baaghi becoming a success at the box office, the masala entertainers Sabbir Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala are now planning to make Baaghi a sort of a franchise. In fact, they have already started planning for Baaghi 2.

The makers of Baaghi have received an invite from the Chinese Government to shoot the sequel in their country. Confirming the news, producer Sajid Nadiadwala said "Yes it's true. It's been a great experience working with Sabbir, Tiger & Shraddha and the story of Baaghi needs to be taken ahead. We plan on commencing the shoot in Shanghai in 2017."

Voicing similar thoughts was the director of the film, Sabbir Khan who added, "It was a great experience shooting with Sajid Bhai and I'm very excited to start work on Baaghi 2. As a producer, Sajid Bhai stays in the backdrop and yet he lets his director achieve everything that you imagine. If something is needed for the betterment of a project, he will ensure it is made available."

It is also heard that Tiger who is well-versed with action, may even be trained by expert martial arts trainers from China. We caught up with Tiger to ask him about the sequel, to which he said "Sajid sir is the best mentor I could have asked for. I'm really looking forward to taking Baaghi to the next level with the sequel"

On the other hand, the other details of the film are yet to be finalized.
