Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali? This has been the question of decade. It has haunted us since the release of the movie, and though there were hundreds of theories out in open, we still waited for the right reason. To put an end to all the speculation, the director SS Rajamouli himself came forward, and answered the question.
The director in a recent interview revealed the much-awaited answer to the question, but don’t be disheartened if it doesn’t suffice your curiosity. He revealed that Kattappa killed Baahubali simply because ‘he asked him to do so’.
So, it seems like the audience have to wait for the second part of the film, Baahubali: The Conclusion to get the answer. The sequel is charted to hit the screens in 2017.
