Applications are invited from suitable candidates having domicile of Gilgit-Baltistan (male/ female) to fill the vacant posts of Assistant Sub-Inspectors (BS-11) in Gilgit-Baltistan Police as per the following criteria:
1- Educational Standards Minimum qualification F.A./F. Sc. or equivalent from a recognized educational institution/Board. 2- Age 18-25 years (For fresh candidates) 18-35 years (For serving Government employees as per government rule/policy). Stepwise Process of Registration for Tests/Interview Step-I (Online Registration/ Fee Payment/ Physical Test – All Candidates)
1. Interested candidates can apply online by registering themselves on http://etc.hec.gov.pk within 30 days after publishing of this advertisement. The registration process must be completed by pressing the “Submit” button for the online application before the 4 pm deadline of registration closing date given on the portal.
2. During the online registration process, all the required information must be entered correctly with due diligence. A mobile number ported from the original mobile company must not be provided.
3. Application received by hand or through courier/ email shall not be accepted/ entertained. 4. The candidates should make sure before appearing in the examination/ test that they are eligible in all respects for the post applied for.

6. Physical Test Fee of Rs. 1000/- is to be deposited in the Account No. 1742 7900 133401, Account Title: Higher Education Commission, Bank: Habib Bank Limited, Branch Code: 1742.

8. All candidates are required to upload the Paid & Scanned Fee challan, duly stamped by an HBL branch, while completing the application form of ETC online registration portal to submit the application.

11. The candidate must get any queries/ complaints resolved before the closure of the web registration portal. Queries/ Complaints handling beyond the registration deadline is denied by the system due to logistics/ security reasons.
12. For Step-I, all the online registered candidates (male/ female) shall be invited through call letter via registered emails/ cell phone messages, for appearing in the Physical/ Endurance Test.
13. The candidate will then be able to download/ print their respective Roll Number Slip which shall be required for entry in the test center. Following is the criteria that a candidate must meet to pass and become eligible for the next step of Written Test:
1- Physical Standards i. Minimum Height For male candidates: 5ft 6in For female candidates: 5ft 2in ii. Chest 33 x 34.5in (For men only) 2- Endurance Test The candidate shall have to pass endurance test as follows: i. For male candidates: 1.6 miles in 7 minutes ii. For female candidates: 1 mile in 7 minutes Test Day Instructions for Step-I (All Candidates)
• It is Mandatory to bring original applicant’s copy of paid Fee Challan on the test day along with the Original CNIC OR Original Passport, and the Roll no slip issued by ETC via email or downloaded/ printed by the candidate from the ETC portal.
• If a candidate has not acquired the CNIC, he/ she must present the B-Form issued by NADRA along with the original matric or intermediate result card that contains candidate’s picture as well.
• Failing to produce the said documents, a candidate shall not be allowed to sit in the Physical/ Endurance Test. Note: It is Mandatory to bring original applicant’s copy of paid Fee Challan on the test day along with the Original CNIC/ Original Passport, otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to sit in the exam.
