An advertising strategy is a plan to reach and persuade a customer to buy a product or a service. The basic elements of the plan are: 1)       The  product itself and its advantages 2)  The customer and his or her characteristics,  3)  The relative advantages of alternative routes whereby the customer can be informed of the product, and  4)  The optimization of resulting choices given budgetary constraints.  In effect this means that aims must be clear, the environment must be understood, the means   must be ranked, and choices must be made based on available resources. Bangladesh jails two Hindu teachers for insulting Islam

A court has jailed two teachers in southern Bangladesh for making derogatory comments about Islam and Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him). Magistrate Anwar Parvez told The Associated Press the case began when students at Hijla High School in Bagerhat district complained that the assistant teacher of a science class on Sunday dismissed the Holy Quran as the word of Allah and said there was no heaven. Parvez said Tuesday that a mob including students, parents and villagers attacked the teachers who belonged to a small Hindu community with sticks, forcing them to lock themselves in a room until police intervened. The magistrate said the assistant teacher pleaded guilty to publicly insulting a religion, and both he and the school's head teacher were then sentenced to six months behind bars.

New Delhi  is the  capital  of  India  and seat of the executive, legislative, and judiciary branches of the  Government of India . It is also the centre of the  Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi . Teenage Indian girl allegedly raped by over 100 people in two years

PUNE: A 16-year-old girl, who claimed to have been brought to Pune from West Bengal on the pretext of a job, alleged she was tortured and forced into prostitution for the past two years, during which she was raped by over a hundred people, including two policemen, The victim, who escaped to New Delhi last month, lodged a complaint with police there which was transferred to Pune police and a First-Information Report (FIR) was registered against 113 people. The Vimantal police station arrested a 26-year-old woman in connection with the case on Sunday. Vimantal police station in-charge Senior Police Inspector Sanjay Kurundkar said, "The minor girl's medical test was conducted in Delhi. She has also given a statement before a metropolitan magistrate." Police officials said the 16-year-old girl hailed from the Siliguri area near the Nepal-India border.
